Our founder & CEO, Berylle Reynolds, kicked off her career as an electrical engineer at Tellabs, where she often quips, "It takes an EE to make a gEEk!" But let’s be honest, labs and circuits weren't quite her scene. One fateful day, a marketing manager stormed into her lab, knocked her glasses askew, and dragged her into the spotlight to showcase the company’s products. And just like that, Berylle was hooked! She swapped her lab coat for a travel itinerary and spent her days dazzling CEOs and CTOs across the country.

After getting an MBA, she leveled up to an account executive role (which is just a fancy title for sales) at Cingular (now AT&T) and Sprint (now T-Mobile). Spotting a golden opportunity, she launched her own company, focusing on wireless management software she’d built herself. After exiting that venture, she joined Bright SchoolKitz and discovered her love for working with schools and non-profit organizations.

When Bright SchoolKitz was acquired in 2023, she didn’t skip a beat. She created Simply Brilliantz to help schools with fundraising programs through custom merchandise and apparel.
